•
Parts drivers may receive pickup and delivery assignments related to service jobs.
•
Emergency, towing, hazardous, or unsafe work may be declined or escalated.
Estimates, Payments, And Installments

Quotes should show labor, parts, fees, taxes, discounts, total price, and eligible payment methods before customer approval.
•
MeGo may support cards, wallet payments, installment plans, pay-in-4 options, refunds, partial refunds, disputes, cancellation fees, and payout holds.
•
Installment availability may depend on provider approval, purchase amount, user eligibility, and provider terms.
•
MeGo should not store raw card numbers and should rely on payment-provider tokenization.
Cancellations, Refunds, And Disputes
The final terms must define cancellation windows, no-show fees, diagnostic fees, refund timing, dispute evidence, rework policy, payout holds, and support escalation paths.
Operator Standards
Mechanics, shops, and parts drivers should maintain required licenses, insurance, tools, documents, training, background-check status, service quality, customer communication, and safety standards.
Prohibited Conduct
Users should not misuse accounts, submit false information, bypass MeGo payments, harass others, perform unsafe work, interfere with dispatch, abuse refunds, reverse-engineer the service, or use MeGo for illegal activity.
Liability And Disclaimers
Final public terms need attorney-drafted warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, arbitration or court venue, class-action language where lawful, market-specific consumer rights, and insurance disclosures.
